1. Booking Confirmation
A session is considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed and a booking confirmation is sent to you via email or platform notification.
Each booking may include multiple sessions as described on the website.
2. Cancellation by the User
You may cancel or reschedule your session by contacting us through the official booking channel.
- More than 24 hours before the session:
You may request rescheduling or a refund, subject to payment processing deductions if applicable. - Within 24 hours of the session:
Cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be offered based on availability. - Missed Sessions / No-Show:
If you fail to attend without prior notice, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevent the session from taking place
- Scheduling conflicts caused by Paraamarsh
- Duplicate payments or billing errors
Refund approvals are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided when:
- A session has already been completed
- Dissatisfaction is based on personal expectations rather than service failure
- You choose to discontinue after sessions have begun
Paraamarsh focuses on guidance-based conversations, and outcomes may vary depending on individual participation.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Paraamarsh
If a session must be cancelled or rescheduled due to mentor unavailability or unforeseen circumstances:
- You will be offered an alternative time, or
- A suitable replacement mentor, or
- A full refund if rescheduling is not possible
6. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank policies.
